Q: What is your return
policy?
A: Should your item arrive in any condition other than
fine, please
contact us. within 48 hours. We only ask that you
be fair and not expect us to replace plants or issue refunds on plants
that were fine when you received them, but that have declined due to circumstances
beyond our control.
Q: Do you combine shipping?
A: Yes, The shopping cart is set up to calculate the shipping
discount automatically. Should your total look excessive
to you, send us an email. Some plants require extensive
processing and/or are large or heavy.
Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
A: We usually ship hard goods and seeds within 48 hours
after payment has cleared. Plant shipments are generally
sent during planting time and may be held in cases of extreme
weather to assure your plants will arrive alive. We usually
can accommodate special requests, but please contact us
first to avoid any disappointments. We ship via USPS Priority
Mail.
Q: Are all your items in stock?
A: Yes. Should an item have become sold out before the
website has updated, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Live plants are also subject to crop failure, should this
happen, we will notify you since we never automatically
substitute plants.
Q: I do not have a paypal account, but would like to purchase
this item, what should i do?
A: We
accept Personal Checks and Money Orders for Website Purchases. We
also offer an alternative secure gateway for credit or
debit card payments. You can select your payment choice
during the check-out process.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: No. Plant and seed shipments are highly regulated and
require special permits for international shipments. The
extended transit times also make international shipping
impracticable.
