Bletilla striata is a terrestrial plant known as the ‘Chinese Ground Orchid’. Flowers are in shades of purple to lavender-pink and appear on upright stems in early spring.
1 bulb per order, will be dormant between October and March without leaves.
18-20 inch tall stems are topped with a cluster of lily-like flowers that appear to come out of nowhere and bloom in late summer. The foliage appears later and resembles green monkey grass type leaves.
